The place was amazing, the room was really nice and cosy with great facilities. Only down fall was there was no complementary toothbrush and paste as in this occasion we forgot to bring our own. The hotel may need to do updated checks on maintaince as the bathroom door was quiet sturdy and hard to open and close. There was no fridge to keep our drinks cold. Other than that it was a great stay. The pod experience was amazing. The set up for our anniversary was a great suprise. The service was on point. The waiter can't remember his name was soo hospitable. Would defo recommend to dine here. The food if you are just dining here is very expensive, but if you take the deal to stay one night which comes with a 3course meal it is worth your money.
Lovely peaceful location. Rooms clean and pods were warm and comfortable. If you enjoy Indian food then you are in for a treat. Absolutely amazing ! Staff are polite and look after you. My only recommendation is for them to wear more formal dress as they were all in coats even on reception. It was my anniversary but no mention of it until very end . Go the extra mile and put a bottle of wine in room ? Or in pod? This would make you 5 star ( along with uniform /suits). Why ask if it is a special occasion if you don’t act? Had Shisha which was ok but burnt quickly. Enjoyed it though . Marble staircase is lovely. Parts of the hotel needs more life . Eg Some empty reception rooms which could have tables and chairs rather than empty shell. The owners are doing a great job in bringing this wonderful place into 21 Century . Still work to do in the grounds and parts of the building but they are getting there. All in all a pleasant experience. Thank you Will go back but probably Springtime .
Great place for relaxation and entertainment with family friends. Room are really good and service is outstanding. And finally location is the key omg wonderful location.
